We have a beautiful large three bedroomed house with a large front and back garden. The house has be en redecorated throughout. We have a great central heating system and the bills are super cheap. Powys council are amazing and any repairs are done within the next week. Powys are very friendly and helpful when. I ring up. There has been a new lawn put in the back garden. The back of the house looks out onto fields and woodland. We are equi-distant between Brecon and the famous book town of Hay On Wye. The environment here is stunning with mountains to walk on and family river beaches for swimming in Hay On Wye and 5 minutes down the rd at Glasbury. It is a stunning place to live. The village of Talgarth has river running through the centre with health food shops and tourist activities. The neighbours either side are lively. It is a quiet area. We love living here. Our main reason for moving is that my mother is 89 and the whole Watkins family are in south London. So we wish to move to
