Hi. I’m looking to move closer to family, I need a 2 bed house for me and my little boy and he nee ds his own garden to play in. I only took this flat as it was the only option available when I had to get away from bad people. I’ve always wanted a 2 bedroom house. The flat is currently decorated, kitchen and bathroom are brand new. Large communal garden and 5 other flats in the block but all the neighbours are lovely. Just had new boiler and thermostat fitted and all gas checks are up to date. We will be leaving some furniture here too for anyone who’s struggling, e.g. 2 grey sofas, wall clock, wardrobe, curtains/curtain poles, doorbell camera and smart lock door handle. The flat is decorated and living room is massive. Both bedrooms are large too. Shop only over the road and a primary school as soon as you come out of the street. Also a 10 minute walk from Aldi and a community hospital right next door. Multiple bus stops too. Really is handy but I just need a house for my little boy an
