I am looking to mutually exchange my home, which was allocated through Ipswich Borough Council in 20 24 and is managed by a housing association.
The property is a well-maintained home in Ipswich, suitable for a small household. It is in a quiet area with local amenities, schools, and transport links nearby. The home is in good condition and has been kept clean and cared for.
The accommodation is arranged over more than one level and includes internal stairs. While the property has positive features, I am seeking a move due to health and safety reasons, particularly the layout not being suitable for my circumstances or for a young child.
I am looking for a house or bungalow, ideally with no internal stairs, in Ipswich or surrounding areas. I am open to considering different locations to find a suitable long-term home.
